1994 840ci should i buy? (archive)

Well you guys have sold me on and 8 series. I have found a 94 840ci showroom cond in and out but has 80k for $25,000 carfax clean. Is that to high of a price? Is mileage too high? The dealer says I can take it to a local dealer hear in L.A.to have it checked out. Also the car comes with records. I have owned Bimmers most my life 320. 323 Cabrio, and 735il but this one I want to keep I love these cars.
Help What should I ASK ABOUT THIS CAR.
