I tried to order a m2 of matching leather of my unusual saffron yellow leather (for a child seat)... BMW wanted $1400,-! I wouldn't go that route... Check out a good car restorer in your area and I'm sure they can point you in the right direction of a good upholstery guy. I remember reading about a complete conversion/replacement of a full leather CSI in England for about $4000 including labor.
