185/70x14 = 205/65x14

size/10*(wall)*2/2.54+wheel size=hights of the wheel

for example : 205/65x14 = 205/10*0.65*2/2.54+14=24.49"

185/70x14=185/10*0.7*2/2.54+14=24.19"
