MKs are great rims... considered very high end, and have been available in two models: The MK-1 piece, and the MK-2 (two piece). I have had the MK-2 for 4 years. The MK-1 is a deep disk look, but I prefer the mk2s.

BBS makes them through a licensing agreement with MK in Germany. So, look at them as very nice BBS wheels. But because of this deal, you can't get them from BBS...

8x9 fronts, 8x10 or 8x11 in the rear work great.

But you need to consider this...

MK, the company, is not importing to states much any longer. Maybe new models will be coming out, but the major importers... DAZZ, etc... cannot GET them any more. So, if you have some you're about to get, they're either the last one's out there or some new model I'm not aware of. Since I've been searching for a replacement MK2 for two months now, everywhere on the planet, I can't believe I'd not know of new styles.

I'm saying this because if you want a replacement MK for whatever reason (curb is my reason), you're going to have zero luck finding one. Which is sad, because they're great. A year ago they were everywhere, and I just wish I bought a backup then. BBS can only fix my rim... $400 plus... but can't sell me a new one...

Jeezzz, if this place you're getting them has them, get me their phone number .. email me! I'm desperate to find an MK2 replacement. I posted a picture of my 850 with the MK2s, in the tire size you're looking at in the link below, just so you can see.

If you get them and stay away from curbs, you'll be happy. I'm guessing you're looking at the MK1s... the mk2s have a chrome ring all the way around the edges of the rim... even let them see a curb and they get completely messed up.
