1996-97 were the best years in the USA, 1996-99 in the rest of the world.

The 1994-95 840's had some alloy issues within
the engine that had a hard time digesting sulfur.
BMW will replace the engine for 1994-95 840 up
to 100K. Do a search in the archives on this board and you'll get specific details.


i am looking to buy an 840 i the next few months and i am wondering what the best year would be thanks
