The 95 850ci has a 5.4L motor with a 5 speed steptronic. The later cars have Nappa (?) leather that is loose compared to the thick leather found in the earlier cars. There are so many 8 series variations it is difficult to keep track.

The leather on the seat also look like it's more loosely fitted than the earlier ones, i.e. not as tightly stretched and with more folds. Another change with the 5.4 is a higher doorsill lip, as found in the E36 Convertible versus Coupe. I assume they added this for more rigidity. But this wasn't until the 96 model of course..
