I know that BMW says that the Tranny Fluid in my 91 CiA is "Good for life", but that makes me really, really uncomfortable. What do you guys recommend, and what do you run in your cars?

My '93 850ciA service manual recommends a fluid change for the transmission -- the 4-speed auto -- every 60,000 miles. As I have about 81,000 miles on it, I've had it changed once.
