Rough idle and message to Loren (archive)

The idle on my 91 850 is rough especially when the engine is cold. The car seems to be smooth in general driving though however at about 100kph if I take my foot of the accelerator you can feel a jolt at if somthing is taking up the slack. A bit like you would get out of a worn diff however it only occurs over 80kph (50mph). Are the two related ie throtle imballance or wear and tear and tuning.
Loren- Thanks for the dwg on the transmission but the indicator is not shown. The indicator assy clips onto the console panel which surrounds the gear stick.
