Had the same problem. Took it to the dealer. You won't believe what it was! Seems if you adjust the steering column to an extreme position, in my case all the way down, the turn signal will not turn off automatically after the turn. When I adjust the wheel even slightly up from this position, the indicator will turn off. I tried once putting the steering wheel in the fully retracted position and re-created the same phenomenon.

Hope this is your problem. The fix is cheap -- adjust it a hair off the extreme position!

Here's a strange phenomenon on my 8:

Every once in a long long while my turn signals stop blinking. They turn on when I want them to, but they just stay on until the I set the stalk back to neutral.

It seems like this is somehow related to hot weather, because both times it happened I was in 100+ Farenheit temperatures.

Could this be the symptom of a bigger problem? It seems after the car cools down the blinkers revert to their normal state.

I am thoroughly baffled.

Any ideas?
