Correct as usual, but....
If you look down a few posts (What fun, poor Porsche), you'll see that Mike T. apparently has a '91 850i, which was sold by the dealer as a Ci in 1994. Trunk badge aside, Mike indicates that his factory door jam label reads 850CiA, yet the car is obviously an "i" (M70B50 motor, early build date).I don't know what to make of this. Did the factory "cheat"? Are there folks out there with "mis-labeled" 8's? Hmmmmm.....
Also (for Wood), -40 indicates V8, -50 indicates V12 on the 8's.

Thanks to James (see post below a few lines), the mystery appears to be solved. The early Euro Ci's CAN have the 5.0 L motor. (I love learning new stuff about these cars :-)
