Assuming you are talking about the main A/C blower. The 850 manual describes the removal from the underhood removal of the air box cover and then the airbox to get to the blower. The 840Ci procedure is likely to be less compicated than the 850, looking at the instructions for the 850. I will email these pages if you want them. I doubt that the fan can be lubricated as it undoubtably had sealed bearings. Seems early for the bearings to be squeaking.

Does anybody know how complicated it might be to lube and or replace the vent fan. Do i need to remove kick panels?
