The sensors are located before the cats, so this should not be a problem, smog or Air Care in BC will be though....

Doesn't removing the cats ( on my '93 ) also send an incorrect message to the oxygen sensors? I'm considering replacing the sensors as part of my DIY Inspection II....but if they would become unecessary, I'd hold off.
