The list is decently long, and the best bet is to do a search in the archives of this board, where you'll find all the details, but basically (for the US):

'91-92 850i, 5.0L 296HP, auto-4sp or 6-speed manual.

'93-95 850Ci, 5.0L 296HP, auto-5sp Tiptronic, some interior changes

'96-97 850Ci, 5.4L 322HP, auto-5sp Tiptronic only

'94-95 850CSi, 5.6L 372HP, 6-speed, significantly different interior and exterior treatment (around 200 built for the US).
