Can you be more specific? Is your "Post Followup" link working? Or is it the "Submit Followup" link, (i.e. you type your reply but it doesn't go through)? Did you try the obvious (cold re-boot)? Another (PITA) is to re-install your browser (Navigator or Explorer). Let us know some details.
