Puff,

Lets hope that it would provide something different and better than what you have now!!
You wouldn't like it if you replaced them and it still blew the same vapor from the exhaust and ran the same????? There must be some way of measuring this difference, but I don't know what it is. Let me know if you find out.
Thanks, Kurt.G

Gentlemen,

On humid days ( and perhaps others...but not sure ), by exhaust seems to deliver a white-ish, smelly smoke at cold idle. She's idling very, very smoothly after a recent tune up. However, I am thiking (dangerous) that the computer is telling the motor to run more rich/lean than it needs to when cold.

I've considered replacing the oxygen sensors (64k miles). However, like the guy who says "I need a home computer but I don't know why," I don't know why one would change these (rather pricey) widgets. What would a new oxygen sensor provide in the way of discernable improvements? Would it provide better MPG? more HP? more XYZ?....or simply be a preventative measure to avoid a burned up catalyst or muffler?

Thanks boys

Be safe,
Puff
