I believe it is illegal to run without a front plate in Ca. However, many people leave the plate off; therefore, the enforcement must be lax.:)
The 8 looks great with a front plate. The CSi nose looks even better without a plate. IMHO.
I have a front plate, if I had a CSi nose I might take the plate off.
