So, it took me 45 minutes and no cost a couple of weeks ago to clean out the transmission selector switch and get rid of the 'trans prog failsafe' error.

Last night I tried the sunroof reset procedure and guess what. The roof panel now sits flush!

Can't believe my luck, two issues resolved at no cost. Thanks to all those that offered advice and assistance.

The next task to tackle is a little more difficult. How to make the parchment upholstery in the front look as good as the back seats ;-(
