I really have no knowledge of the silicone blades, but you don't need to replace the whole blade, just the rubber wiper. You should be able to get Bosch wipers (measure the length of stock ones) at any auto parts store, should be only a few dollars, or even at the dealer (@ $11 each).

I'd be very curious about the longevity and quality of a silicone blade. Silicone is more UV sensitive, and has a lower tear strength than rubber. I've also seen the "teflon" coated wipers, but again, I'm sceptical.
