'94 840ci, how is it? what's it worth, gen Q's. (archive)

Hi, I own a '92 535i, and my dad just called and said their is a '94 840ci available with 93k miles at what sounded like a good price. I looked on KBB and edmunds, and they both listed the car over 20k, and the price being asked is well under 20k. Anyways, I do know about the block problems that are associated with the car, and we haven't found out if it is replaced yet, and at what date the warranty ends, if it hasn't ended already. Anyways, I'm wondering besides the engine, is this a good car? Its got a 5 speed automatic, what other type of problems does this car have? Are they serious? If you could just give me a brief overview of what to look for and such, thanks.
