GOOD STORY !
The doctors are working on the human which is very old (few thousand years old at least !) while the Mechanic is learning a new car every 2-3 years !
But the difference one of them (car) was made by humans while the other (humans) was made by god. I guess if we would ask a few angel to work on us, they would do a good job also.
