Check the archives for more information, there is a ton of it.
But briefly,
All 850 CSi's are 6 speeds. About 200 imported to the US in 94 and 95 only. Priced well above your 25-30K range.
6 speed transmission was standard equipment on all 850 i's (91 and 92) and the 93 850 Ci.
Only about 10% of 850's sold in the US actually had manual transmissions (when it was available).
You are going to pay more for a 6 speed car, and have less of a choice, but they are out there.
No 840's came with manual transmissions.
