IMHO, Carl's right, they don't have to give you the time of day. That said, I would go over the head of the Service Manager. Find out who the owner of the dealership is, and contact him/her. Be polite but firm, and only if necessary should you "threaten" to take your "complaint" to BMWNA directly. Remember that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. If nothing happens after that, and you're still upset, write a letter to the owner, with copies to the Service Manager, BMWNA, that State's office of automotive repair, AND the local Better Business Bureau. It can't make things any worse.
