I concur with Stan, it's enjoyable to help our fellow or fella owners caught in the middle of a crisis. It's especially nice to receive help as I have many times here and on PMBs board when needing to repair my car. The help is invaluable and helps keep us all from hopefully making big mistakes that cost time and money. Lez is the real star of the show and tirelessly gives of his time and provides pictured diagrams of the work to be done and step by step process etc. along with many, many others here on this board. All I can say is "Thank God" for the help and encouragement. Hopefully we don't go overboard with the fun part but it does help to keep the problems from seeming too important.
As far as the Angels go, that was a long time ago and I do have my own special memories which play on the reels in my mind from time to time. My best friend had a relationship with Jacquelyn Smith at the time so we were together all the time anyway, so when I got the part it was great fun among friends doing the first episode of her new show. Also I have memories of Farrah and I sitting at the set in our little fold up chairs with our names on the back inbetween shots talking all the time about things such as her telling me that she didn't see why everyone was making such a fuss over her because she was just an average country girl from Texas as well as asking me "Kurt do you think this Charlies Angels thing is going to amount to anything?" It was hedy stuff indeed for a young guy in the presence of the worlds particular chosen angel at the time, however the experience never reached the heights of my private dreams because Farrahs husband was also my friend "The Six Million Dollar Man" who's show I also worked several times so I was inclined to always be a gentleman. Well, enough of this drival, as Andy Warhol said, "We all get our 15 minutes in the Sun" and there are many on the board now that are living some wonderful dreams out right now. Driving the 8 is part of it all. Kurt
