It doesn't sound like a problem with Tire Rack, but rather a problem with the installers. I am lucky that my shop is an approved installer. I don't know what it takes to become "approved", but I would recommend having them shipped to your guys who do your service unless it is a Dealer. I've done it two times with no major problems. Only potential problem is if one of your tires is defective, you can't just go back to the place where you got them and drive off with a new tire mounted that day. You have to ship the bad one back and wait for a new one. Not the vendor or installers fault, but the manufacturer's fault.
