The ventilation timer may not be available on early '91's. If you have it you'll see 'ventilation off' when you cycle through the timer button. If you don't have it installed, you'll only be able to use the timer button to access a countdown timer. I didn't have the auto vent on my '91 but it's there on my '93. If the option is installed you can set two times for it to start and it will run for 30 minutes and then shut off.

It's also possible to start the auto vent with the engine off and the key in the #1 position - press timer - press set/res and the fan should switch on. Now you can turn the key off and the fan will continue to run for 30 minutes. All this is great when it's hot out - now it's cooler I'd like to have the heater option available.
