As far as composition, I have no idea... its been too long. Getting those pads was a 3 month process of misshipments from Bekkers, so by the time I got them I was just thrilled NOT to have the stock Jurid pads. I'm sure Mark at Bekkers will know.

As far as fading, haven't had the effect at all. The harshest test was when I was in Palm Springs... I did runs from zero to 140 or so, then braked at different strengths... fast, slow, "oh my God I must stop now", and everything in between. Had no fade issues, and they stopped very well. I got a vibration around 100 a couple times for a second or two, but that turned out to be my rotor which wasn't resurfaced perfectly...
