I slipped on some ice on the freeway in the mountains of West Virginia. Result, hit the right side guard rail, bounced off it, spun into the center median. Passeneger side was totally wrecked as well as the front spoiler. The trunk battery was also ripped off its mount. With the help of someone else, got the car out of the median and continued driving home. I left without a scrath and I must say the 850 was solid. The insurance company did not total the car. 7 months and $13k later I got the car back and it ran like crap. Took it back. 1 month later got the car back. Ran better but not like before. Hood was off center and brakes were crappy. Also found that the repair shop hadnt checked the rear battery and there was a nice pool of acid and lots of corrosion. Took the car back, havent got it back yet. To sum it up, If you do get your car repaired it will take a long time. Find a good shop. I was kind of limited in West Virginia and as a result the car is not ready and it has been almost a year. I am beggining to think the car will never be back to what it once was.
