Also,
Immediately inform you car insurance agent and make a claim giving him all the info on the guy. Your insurance will find who insures him and contact his insurance company. If he has no insurance then he could loose his license. Your insurance has an obligation to handle this for you and if the guy has no insurance then your
un-insured motorist coverage will pick up the costs at no harm to your insurance record.
Perhaps Greg T. the former insurance agent will confirm this.
