Hi Sasan, I don't recall if you said where you are from. But, in almost every city there is a shop where they specialize in the rebuilding of small electrical motors. If you find them and go there they will most likely tell you what has happened and what it needs to fix it. Then you can decide if you need to get parts or if you just made a small mistake and fix it yourself. Or, you can have them do it for you at a price of $50 to $100 for something minor which I am sure is the case here with your headlight motor. Get out the yellow pages and start searching, if nothing else they will usually look at it for you and give good advice. Like Carl said, let us know what you find out. Good Luck, Kurt
