Sorry but I don't think most guys saw your request here, too far down the line I guess. I have never had the door apart yet so I don't know what it looks like, but knowing BMW it must be a solitary unit that is replacable or rebuildable for someone who has the time to do that. Perhaps Stan or Lez know how it installs? Otherwise when I get the door apart at some time I will figure it out and let you know.
