Hello Lez,

I have this exact part on my car. I am curious what you have replaced this with on your car. In NC I don't need License tags on the front. I hate the way those two holes look. Is there a holeless cover for this? My E34 had the same problem,but I was able to get a factory part that covers it and blends it into the bumper.

Let me know the part # if there is such a part for the E31.
