Three weeks ago winter arrived unannounced. Now the car is sitting outdoors with only 35 litres of gasoline in the tank. Is this enough gas to avoid condensation problems?

I cancelled an appointment for an intake manifold r&r due to the sand and salt on the road.

The car started fine after sitting for three plus weeks,
mostly at below 0C. New batteries are great to have. However, the engine ran very rough for 30 secs then idled fine. Sounds like the gaskets are getting worse. Or maybe the plugs with 48km are bad?
