I've got the original BMW repair manual as well, and it does not cover internal engine R&R. Perhaps the engines are covered under a separate manual (I've never seen one described on the boards) or perhaps the 740/750 manual covers the engine. Does anyone know where the engine guts are described, besides the parts CD?
