Emir,
Check the plastic "tee" connectors in the washer fluid delivery hoses, near the sprayers, under the hood. They can age and crack due to the heat under the hood. I've had to replace mine, at first I couldn't figure it out as the tank was full, the pump worked, but nothing came out of the nozzles.
