Hi,
#1 Does the pump work? Can you hear it working when you depress the lever?

#2 If it is working, check for: Fluid, leaks, cloging in the lines and nozzles.

#3 if it is not working.... Tap the pump with a very small hammer or other implement several times. If this does not work a new pump is needed.

#4 What kind of washer fluid are you using?

#5 NEVER utilize liquid soap. Clogs things up humungistically.

my pump quit working one day. 2 days later without touching it, it worked again. 4 months later stopped again, a week later came back... no mysterius act just a little self-fixing from BMW.
Anyway I ask for the replacement pump under warranty... the new one is still fine, no trouble. I guess bad connection or maybe something stuck in the pump ?
