Drivers side exterior mirror (archive)

Does anyone know if the european style driver side mirror is available in the US? The outer 1/3 of the mirror is convex letting you see the blind spot without turning your head. These are used in Europe but I have never seen them in the US. They are listed on the parts CD but I don't know if they are available.
