Hi Lez.

Where I park there have been in the past some break-ins. The car parked next to me is unlocked and someone is going in and taking things. Once I had two cars there, one was locked and the other was unlocked. Someone got in the unlocked one and tried to steal it with a screwdriver. It cost me 30 dollars to remove the broken screwdriver from the ignition. The locked car had the window smashed and it cost me 150 dollars and it cost the insurance company 2000 dollars to repair the damage. An alarm will keep them from touching the car. I think. Actually I think the answer is to put in one old battery and attach a tiny trickle charger to the engine posts. That way I keep the alarm and it doesn't matter if the old battery freeezes or is overcharged.

It snows here quite a lot and tomorrow there is a blizzard. Yes we should trade you some cold for some heat. We have lots of sand and salt here but no beach or ocean. I like snow and it snows everywhere in Canada.

Carl
