Hi Matt,

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the group from a fellow '93Ci owner! Re the window, it sounds like it might be an inside door handle switch problem but you might want to try a reset of the window. Push the down side of the button and hold it about 5 seconds after the window is fully down. Now do the same on the up side - hold it about 5 seconds after the window is fully raised.

I sort of doubt that that will fix it, but it's worth a try.
