Had the same problem 2 months ago. If the window drops when opening the the inside handle but not the outside handle, then it is the microswitch for the outside handle. If the the opposite, then inside handle microswitch. Part is about $15 but looked a little complicated to get to so let the shop handle. If you take it to the sop, make sure you check the door panel for quality re-assembly (make sure they put screws back, windows and lock work, and no squeaks or rattles). Also, look underneath and around perimeter of door panel to ensure that all is snap to the door tightly.
