tire and road noise at low speed ??? (archive)

I also have Bilstein and H&R with MK1 17" 245/45 and 275/40 tires. The BMW suspension guy at Lauderdale BMW said this is the best setup for the 8 series he has ever been.
But my problem is the low-speed tire/road noise.. it is like a contant humming noise...
do you have that too or is it my Bridgestone tire what making all that noise ?
