Merry Christmas Dean,
So aptly put and unfortunately true.
Also, according to your assessment of quick trips, I suppose it may be a fact that a small but significant part of my brain, even in these later years of life, has not yet grown to maturity. I suppose when the sight goes.......maybe then :-) Happy Holidays!

Kurt,

I believe you are partly a victim of the shiney red sports disorder.

Here is what happened to me many years ago. I was driving my 79 Red RX7 (then 6 months old), on the freeway home one weekend. A old grey, 4-door sedan blows by me at much more than the speed limit. My radar detector is beeping. As I pass the officer I see him leave the curb and chuckle to myself as I know the guy is busted. But NOOOO, he pulls over the shiney red sports car, it must be the speeder. Didn't even bother to argue, knowing he won't admit it.

Got lucky though. Went to court and he was a no-show so I win. Doesn't happen much any more though. Use to love that car though, late one night LA to phoenix, 3 hours 2 minutes (like I said I was young).

Best of luck on yours. IF you win, let us know what defense worked.

Merry Christmas All and a Happy and Safe New Year.

Dean
