spark plugs and wires, distributor cap, rotor, air filters.
The next step is O2 sensors either they are broke-off or filthy... or cat. converter.
I had a sudden drop from 13.5 to 9.5 when one of my O2 sensor's wire broke off. I also noticed a little smoke and dust coming out of that tail pipe. This was my RR 4.0 but every car is same after 96. OBDII
If this is an OBDI or 95 and before, then the O2 sensor isn't that important.
