finish ! Besides Ford was in Rally for a long time... that doesn't mean they make good cars ! Just remember the European Escort Cosworth or Sierra Cosworth, they are all fast and not epxensive cars. The Focus is also very good car and better build quality then usual Fords that's for sure. Time will tell us if the Ford is really getting somewhere with the world wide plans or it'll be a total loss. BMW is dominated the British Touring car race, has won Lemans in 1999 and finished 3rd in the Formula1 this year. (2000) this doesn't mean anything for a street cars but money well spent! Look at Nascar's they have a Ford Taurus flying on the oval at 200mph and wins. Regular Taurus is a piece of crap, but they don't share a single item in their mechanics ! Race cars and street cars are totally different ! One build to make money, the other built to spend money and win !
