Hi Guys thanks for the reply. My MPG is over 12 and the car is consuming oil at a very large amount it seems to me. I added 1 quart after I had driven it 50 miles and then days later after about another 60-80 miles on highway 1 I had to do the same thing, another quart. The condensation does occur at the beginning but I don't notice it that much after driving. There are no leaks that I can visibly see on the garage floor so I don't think thats an issue.

Is your MPG under 8.0? or is it over 12.0? And clairify about burning oil. Some consumption is normal, and it seems to increase in direct proportion to how hard you push on the exhaust. After the steam from the condensation in the exhaust burns off, does the car still appear to smoke? Are you sure you don't have a leak. Look on top of the air conditioner compressor.

I just picked up my first 850 recently, a black beauty indeed, in the Bay area. I noticed that its burning oil, a lot of oil. I just added a quart of oil and days later I had to do this again after driving along highway 1. Does anyone know if this is common and if not what I can do about this?
