I see that light flashing very often specially if (archive)

I'm in a hurry ! Every sharp corner, green light, it is on for a few seconds. I tried to shut it off, but then I got sideways in a rain all the time ! Once I forgot to turn off and slowed me down too much ! I was autocrossing and forgot to turn it off, coming out of a turn I had absolutely no power at all ! I floored it and I was doing 15mph for a second or two !
I don't feel the brakes applied more of a throttle help, but mine is 840Ci and the 850ci had better and more sophisticated computer system anyway.... The ASC+T was only in the 850Ci if I'm correct, but help me out here guys... CarlT, Steve, others...
