You didn't malign it at all, (ie no offense intended :) ) I just wanted to emphasize that for the average driver in the vast majority of situations, DSC could be a lifesaver. The initial increase in deaths with straightforward ABS is a testament to its faults. The pedal feedback (that induces people to take there foot off the brake) during abs operation is unfortunately the culprits.
