Have you ever listened to someone give a schpeel on any subject or make known an opinion in all seriousness and with pure intent.... that is so unaware and almost retarded....something such as "taking a big bite of an onion is so much sweeter than an apple" or "I only take herbal leaves and grape stems when I have a 102 degree fever and have a severe infection", or "Drinking filtered Urine from a diseased monkey will give you better concentration when you take a test"
.........You know, remember those kind of statements? Remember how you sort of scratch your ear to make sure there is nothing wrong with your ear drums and you sort of look around searching for the candid camera or to see if you walked into the wrong room thats got a big sign over the door that says "Home of the strange" ?? I think thats what they had in mind when they coined the phrase "Go figure"....I mean life can truly be a hoot at times....and when these things quirky things happen, unless I'm talking to my 4yr old neice...I truly start to smile and grin rather a silly smile because I know that I have wandered in somewhere....where things are....well
more than a little weird!! I just had that feeling when I read the "Misc. Ramblings" post just above here. I mean truly, Steve m......hehe that was a good one! I almost bought it! I almost hit the floor laughing my ass off :-) !!
Next your going to tell us about the bugs that were crawling all over your......this morning :-)

I just don't believe it,the 850 is just not that great of a car, I have a 91 60,000 miles, perfect records and has no running problems, the car makes me feel good when I drive it. However BMW, ie, german cars in general are not particularly well designed or that well built for the price that is charged for them ,a japanese car, one fifth the price has twice the build quality and much greater enginering qualities. To prove my point,just look through the archives at the problems with this car and the associated costs for low mileage cars are mind boggling. Quit fooling yourselves you may own an exclusive expensive car but it is typical german... way too expensive for what it is. Lets get specific, $780 for a head light that is not as good as a $10 light in my rx7, a non rack and pinion steering in an expensive car no better than my dodge challenger, oh I'm a mechanic with 25 year under my belt, 10 years as a BMW tech. I'm frankly not impressed and every day cross my fingers that my 850 comes home with no problems. steve
