fix your headlights first - buy an adjuster kit from me - hahaha

but seriuosly - the followings are much better money/performance options

- full tune-up (300USD or so on the 850i incl engine/tranny oil, plugs&wires, filters.
- rear end , 3.15 or 3.23 or whatever is higher then yours (numerically) cca. 750-1000USD
- Chip:Jim Conforti proved to be the best
- Bilstein shocks and H&R will be a best suspension mod for the money. Will cost you cca. 1000USD plus labor Eibach is a little more money and a little less quality so far, plus on back order most of the time
- while you're doing the suspension job (or doing it for you) replace anything with rubber in it . Tie rods, control arm bushings. If you still want to spend money then buy a CSi front stabilizer bar and bushing kit (cca. 160USD from a dealer)
- rear suspension bushings, stabilizer bar bushing, etc (cca.150USD)
- Stainless steel brake lines ($129), slotted rotors and some quality pads (350-400 a complett set)
- exhaust: as it said before, supersprint is good and less expensive then Dinan
- 18" wheels are a good improvement in every aspect, better handling, better looking. cca.$2,500-3,500
- CSI body kit, incl everything cca. 3,000USD but you could also do in steps... basic is the front cca. $1,250 and then the rear cca.$450, and finally the mirrors $1,300. This also serves 2 purpose, better handling at high speed and looks

- still have money left, go and buy carbon fiber/wood kit cca. 500-700USD with matching shifter, MK front strut bar (cca.700USD) , //M intake cover (160USD), or even buy a //M sport CSI steering wheel (cca. 720USD) still not satisfied, then Xenon headlight kit ($1,200set)smoked turn signals (cca.450 a set) custom floor mats with you name and //M-CSI logo ($129)

If you feel the power isn't enough, then do the intake honing/extruding and while they are doing that, the suspension can go under the car, along with a exhaust and maybe a free flow cat. but that isn't really neccessary unless you have at least 90-100k miles. The Dinan camber plates are said to be good, but then you have to knwo what to do with that ! If you leave it one setup only and never do autocrossing or any other racing, then not worth it !

If you do all of this, your car will be a trully awesome 850 and still less expensive then the Dinan.

if you need any more advice on spending money, Email me, I'm a master of money spending and also money saving on the same time !
