In our car (US spec) we have 4 pre-drilled holes on the back firewall (???proper name???) and therefore it is very easy. You also should have 4 holes, but at a different place ! I'd imagine you have to drill new holes and mount them that way.
on the front you need this :
license plate holder bracket#51 11 1 970 901 $39.75

BTW somebody wants your front plate holder here ! ask him to pay the same money, so your's will be free ! He'll save a lot of money and you will save 40USD.
