I agree with you Sebastian. The 8series convertible is a neat concept. I have heard of some quality conversions in Europe. Here is one that, I am sure is very high quality. I don't really care for the white interior.

Not sure if this picture has been posted before or not. Here it is anyway.

I like the look of the convertible 8. I think that one-off cars are pretty cool, and the profile of this convertible 8 is neat. From what I understand (from the discussion below) this 8 is more of a Frankenstein than a work of art, but the concept of the covertible 8 isn't a bad one.
